Benji and Lex are like two peas in a pod. You both seem to have major inhibitions and have an amazing 'don't ask, don't tell' attitude towards anything remotely intimate or sexual.

You do disseminate some useful information and thankfully dismiss the archaic 'three day rule', but you seem to get caught in typecasting and seem extremely judgmental in some ways.

I think you both need to 'come out' and be honest about who you are, rather than hide to avoid the risk of rejection by disclosing who you really are ‘too soon’ to someone. Judgemental people may reject you, but do you really want to be involved with someone who is judgemental?

Here is one I always heard...I got this from website http://www.beyondchron.org/news/index.php?itemid=4266

"You probably don’t know the origin of the word faggot. Middle Ages. Witch burnings. A faggot was a bundle of sticks. No one seems to know exactly how it came to be associated with gay men. According to the writings of early gay liberationists (which I can safely assume you’ve never read), known homos from the village were tied together at the base of the stake as kindling for the fire. The reason? A good conservative should love this one: The stench from the burning of all that fag flesh would be so repulsive to god that there would be no chance of redemption for the witch’s soul."

This makes more sense then all other stories.

Hi Anthony, Benji, and Brandon,

I love the podcast, and tune-in whenever there's an update.

It's really refreshing to hear a podcast about gay issues that isn't solely about politics and sex. I thought the episode about Gay Dating 4/15 was fantastic.

Having recently come out in my mid-20's and moved to California, I'm learning quickly that relationship skills don't always come naturally, and the school of hard-knocks still has a lot to say!

I'd appreciate any more of your insights on the program about how gay men and gay people in general can relate to each other.

Thank you much, and keep up the terrific podcast,

Chris

Very interesting show as well. Research was great.

I read the saddest story today that a 11 year old hanged himself because he was being teased at school and bullies were calling him gay. Very sad.

Great first show - I hope you two find the jobs that can make you happy.

I have been in sales for many years and it can be very rewarding and you can make good money but selling insurance or commission only jobs suck!
